Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Oracle Daily ("Oracle Daily", "we", "us"), operator of oracledaily.app (the "Service"). By using the Service, creating a reading, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The service we provide
Oracle Daily provides personalized astrology, daily horoscope, tarot and numerology content generated from the birth details you supply. This includes free readings, daily horoscope emails, natal chart reports, compatibility reports and tarot spreads.
Readings are produced with the assistance of automated systems and traditional astrological, numerological and tarot frameworks. Content is unique to the details you provide but is not verified, reviewed or guaranteed by any human practitioner.
2. Entertainment purposes only
All content on the Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind.
- Nothing on the Service is medical, psychological or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
- Nothing on the Service is legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer.
- Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or tax advice. Consult a licensed financial adviser.
- No outcome, prediction, result or benefit is promised, implied or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. The Service is not a crisis or counselling resource.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices displayed at checkout, in the currency shown. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location; applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The payment method on file will be charged at each renewal.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- One-time purchases (such as a natal chart report, compatibility report or paid tarot spread) are charged once and delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.
- We may change prices or plan features. Changes to recurring prices take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you in advance by email.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate birth details and a valid email address. Readings depend on the information you enter, and we cannot correct or refund readings produced from inaccurate details.
- Keep any account credentials or access links confidential.
- Only submit another person's details (for example in a compatibility reading) where you have their permission to do so.
- Be responsible for the payment method you use and the charges it incurs.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purpose.
- Resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit readings or other content without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal personal use.
- Attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure or other users' data.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, artwork and software are owned by Oracle Daily or its licensors. Tarot imagery is based on public-domain Rider-Waite-Smith illustrations. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use readings generated for you for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Email delivery depends on third-party providers and networks outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracle Daily will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Consumers in the UK, EU, Canada and Australia retain all statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer legislation.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Oracle Daily against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting subscribers will be notified by email or on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where local law gives you that right.
